Studio Polices

General Rules:

• Every individual is considered 1 pax. If you have accompanying individuals who ​will not be included in the photo, kindly request them to wait outside the ​studio. If they choose to remain inside, they will be counted as an additional pax, ​and you will be charged an extra fee of Php100 per person.
  
• Each package includes 1 child below the age of 6 at no additional cost.
  
• All packages are inclusive of FREE use of Studio Props. However, a fee of Php150 ​will be imposed for any damages incurred. Organize the props after use as ​courtesy to the next user.
  
• Studio can accommodate up to 7-8 people inside. If there are more people, they ​will need to adjust and squeeze in to fit within the portrait.
  
• Any damages in the studio are your responsibility.
  
• In the event that any equipment in the studio gets damaged during your photo ​session (for example, if the camera or remote is accidentally hit or dropped), we ​will conduct a thorough inspection. Depending on the extent of the damage, we ​will either arrange for its repair or replace it with a new one. You will be ​responsible for covering the associated fees in such a situation.
  

Payment & Confirmation:

• To secure your booking, please make a minimum reservation fee of Php100, ​which will be deducted from your total amount.
  
• We will cancel the reservation if you fail to settle the payment within 2 hours.
  
• Strictly No Payment, No Reservation policy.
  
• Please send a proof of payment to: hello@auto-focusstudio.com or via ​Facebook Messenger to confirm your booking.
  

Late Policy:

• We request for you to arrive on time. The booked time (e.g., 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc.) ​marks the start of your session. The remaining time is reserved for selecting and ​printing photos.
  
• We offer a 10-minute grace period for individuals arriving late. If you exceed this ​grace period, we will deduct the late time from your Photo Session duration.
  

Rebooking / Refund Policy:

• Rebooking can be done up to 3 days before your shoot. Please notify us in ​advance so we can check slot availability.
  
• Any rebooking requested beyond the 3-day window will incur a Rebooking Fee ​of Php100.
  
• You may rebook on the same day, provided that there are available slots. A ​Rebooking Fee of Php100 will apply.
  
• Please note that the Reservation Fee (Php100) is non-refundable in the event of ​a No-Show or cancellation.
  

Digital Copies:

• Photos will be sent through Google Drive. And stored for 3 days from the day of ​the photoshoot.
  
• We can also send the photos thru Apple Airdrop.
  
• If you haven't downloaded all the photos yet, you have the option to request a ​reupload. There is a reupload fee of Php100, provided the photos are still saved ​in our files.
  

Fur Parents:

• Each package includes 1 FREE Pet. Additional pet requires additional fee.
  
• Pets should be on leash and diapers inside the studio. And can only be taken off ​during your photoshoot.
  
• Kindly look after them to avoid inconveniences.
  

Studio Privacy and CCTV Policy:

At Auto-Focus Studio, we prioritize your privacy and comfort. Our studio is ​equipped with a CCTV system, which is strictly used only to monitor and check the ​equipment in case of technical issues or concerns. We assure you that your privacy ​during self-photo sessions is fully respected, and the CCTV is not actively ​monitored during your session unless there is a need to address equipment-related ​problems.
